dance. moving practices. embodied visions of liveable presents and futures.
moving spaces
Context: Where in your environment do you feel free to move in a way that feels good for you? Where do you feel restricted or unsafe?
Our environment shapes how we move, where we are encouraged to use our bodies in a way that feels good, and where we are limited in our ways of moving. Reflection questions invite you to become aware of your body in your surroundings and to sense where you feel good and safe and where you don’t.
They also invite you to dream: what would a city look like where we can move in a way that feels good? In the end, a diverse multi-voiced picture emerges of how we imagine a danceable city of the future.
The questions are available in English, German and French.
